1. In order to meet group's fast development and need of best operations, the Baiyu group

    of Shaanxi province determines to move into new home pleasantly on May 18, 2004. It is

    not merely a very good improvement to the official working environment of the company in

    this relocation, but improves the image of company greatly; Baiyu group will meet a new

    great brilliance with brand-new appearance!

2. In order to lighten worker's labor intensity and economize resources, improve the

    environment, reach the win-win of industry's benefit and environmental protection

    benefit, the Baiyu Magnesium industry determines to invest more than 15 million Yuan to

    build two Rotary kilns, which are 2. 5 meters multiplied 55 meters and 2.8 meters

    multiplied 55 meters. The capital works of rotary kiln will break ground on May 24, 2004.

3. On June 3, 2004, the production line of recycled newsprint of Baiyu Company started

     building formally. The Baiyu groups, in order to expand the influence power and

    competitiveness on paper industry’s market further in 2004, enrich the abundant product

    variety and realize scale merit at the same time. Our production capacity is 10000 tons

    every year, and annual output is more than 50 million yuan. The production line will be

    completed and go into operation at the end of the year. After this project goes into

    operation, paper industry's annual production capacity of Baiyu will reach more than

    30,000 tons, the output value breaks through one hundred million.

4. On September 15, 2004, six Ministries and Commissions leaders from State Environmental

    Protection Administration of China, State Administration of Work Safety, etc. went to the

    Baiyu Magnesium Company to survey and study.

5. On November 6, 2004, Mr. Sheena of GFEMIR Company of Germany investigated Baiyu

    Magnesium Co,.Ltd.

6. On November 8, 2004, Zhao Jianping, president of Baiyu Group, led Han Xiping, manager of

    Xi'an Bank of East Asia Ltd. and madam Zhang xinye, accompanied by the secretary of

    county Party committee, county magistrate Jing Qinglian, chairman of CPPCC Wang Yanping,

    vice county magistrate Cao Qinfeng, etc. to inspect the Baiyu Magnesium Co,.Ltd.

7. December of 2004, the staff of the Hunan Baiyu Paper Company, through the diligent

    struggle of nearly half years, the capital construction of the recycled newsprint,

    building construction, rig up, has debugged etc. and already completed overall, the

    recycled newsprint is put into production in an all-round way.
